Shipping Info

For all the orders,we only charge you $15 for the shipping fee,even when it's overweight.

By viewing and/or purchasing from DiscountWatchMVP.You acknowledge and agree to all terms and policies of our store  

1.All items will only be shipped to the shipping address provided by customer.Please make sure your address is correct.If you can ,please leave us your contact information.we will confirm your order after we receive your order.

2.All the packages are shipped out in 24hours after you ordered. If your selection unfortunately out of stock,  We will contact you for exchange or refund. Please leave us your correct contact information.so we can contact you in time for your order.

3.If there is a quality problem with the watch you received,or you have receive a wrong mode,please feel free to contact us.

4.If you want to change your item, please send it back within 7 days and be aware,you will be responsible for the shipping fee. (Merchandise must be unworn and in the original packing, and accompanied by the original packing slip so we can properly credit your shoes for another one.)



Return  & Exchange                                                                         

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the date the package was arrived. For return/exchange,items must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the box. We do not accept returns unless there is quality problem or it's caused by our mistake.

Please submit your return request by email to sales@discountwatchmvp.com with the information requested below by simply copying and pasting the info requested and include them in the email you are sending and we will send you the details on how to send the item back for refund or exchange.

Returns and exchanges packages sending back to DiscountWatchMVP.com,must be post marked within 14 days from when your request has been approved. It will take 5-10 business days to process all returns and exchanges. If the return/exchange isn't returned within the alotted time, we will not be able to process your return/exchange and will send a money request for shipping fee to ship the package back.

Buyer pays for shipping back to DiscountWatchMVPcom in original condition & packaging.After inspection we will credit your paypal account in the amount the buyer paid for the watch less standard shipping & handling fee. For all free shipping items, shipping & handling fee will be retained to cover shipping charge.

Attention:We don’t cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs, Additionally,Please be aware,we will deal with the refund or exchange until we receive the sending back items. we can`t be responsible for lost shipments.
